different from any other type of delivery you may receive,
such as a parcel or package?
As a result of the scale and weight, to successfully complete a delivery it often
requires specialist equipment and if not executed correctly, could put you or our
driver at risk.
It is important to remember that our delivery rules are governed by strict health and
safety guidelines, to enable you to receive the highest quality service in the safest
manner possible.

• Are there access restrictions that may hinder a heavy goods vehicle
(equal size to that of a bin wagon) delivering your purchase?
• Should your delivery driver be aware of a narrow access road, low
overhead cables or trees?
• Is the delivery area a solid, flat surface free from obstacles?
• Is there somewhere for your delivery driver to park i.e., is the location free
of parking restrictions?
